Tidewater Loaves is a small, family-run bakery a few blocks from the harbor. Every morning before sunrise we mix, shape, and bake naturally leavened breads, laminated pastries, and seasonal treats using local flour and slow fermentation. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just honest bread made for the people who live nearby.
